1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Super Select Motors platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Super Select Motors is an automotive marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of vehicles. The Platform facilitates showroom visits, vehicle listings, and accessory purchases. All high-value vehicle transactions are completed in person at our showroom.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms will be suspended.

4. Vehicle Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their vehicle listings. All listings are subject to review and approval by our team. Super Select Motors reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or contains inaccurate information.

5. Showroom Lead System

When you request a showroom visit for a vehicle, our team will contact you to schedule an appointment. Vehicle transactions are completed at our physical showroom location. Super Select Motors acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the final sale agreement between buyer and seller.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent vehicle listings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent any security features of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Super Select Motors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
