By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Listing information: vehicle details, photos, and pricing you provide when listing a car for sale.
• Transaction information: showroom visit requests, orders, invoices, and receipts for accessories or electronics purchases.
• Communications: messages you send us through contact forms, and your newsletter subscription preferences.
• Device information: device type and a device identifier used to keep you signed in securely on each of your devices.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you on the web and mobile app.
• To publish and manage your vehicle listings.
• To schedule showroom visits and process orders, invoices, and receipts.
• To send you newsletters and notifications you have opted into (new cars, blog posts, deals).
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To maintain the security of the Platform and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in limited circumstances: with our staff and agents to facilitate showroom visits and transactions, with service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as email delivery), and when required by law. Vehicle listings you publish are visible to other users of the Platform.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure token-based authentication. On the mobile app, authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially acceptable means.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at Ssmotors.tz@outlook.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (such as completed transaction invoices).
